The principals of Momentum Venture Associates, LLC, have been founding entrepreneurs of successful new companies, have lead the creation and development of high performing "intrapreneurial" ventures within mid-size and large companies, and have served in multiple C Level executive roles in large companies. We apply strategic and tactical lessons learned across new initiatives in multiple health/life sciences initiatives spanning a broad array of technologies and issues.
Our "overhead light" operating model focuses on rapidly and cost-effectively advancing venture development, and we are accustomed to working productively with scientific founders under demanding time and resource constraints. MVA principals have raised and efficiently managed equity and debt financing from multiple sources , including grants, private investors, institutional investors, and corporate strategic investors.
